Terms and conditions of car rental and requirements for renters and persons authorized to drive:
All our vehicles are insured, which ensures your safety and protects you from unforeseen expenses in case of road traffic accidents.
Compulsory motor insurance is a policy without which it is forbidden to drive on the road. In the event of a road traffic accident, the insurance covers damage to third parties.
Voluntary supplementary car insurance provides liability protection for the car owner and covers damage in the following cases:
A deductible is the amount that the insurance company does not reimburse. It eliminates payments for minor damage and reduces the cost of insurance.
If an insured event occurs, it is necessary to:
1. Immediately notify the owner of the car, call the police and the insurance company. In emergency situations, call an ambulance first.
2. Obtain all necessary documents from the police and insurance agent for further contact with the insurance company.
3. If it is not possible to contact the owner, insurance company and police immediately, document the damage with photos and video and then contact the owner at the earliest opportunity.
4. Get a medical examination for blood alcohol and drugs within 3 hours.
5. In case of damage to the car by third parties, immediately notify the owner, the police and the insurance company.

Drivers from these countries can use their national driving licences in Kazakhstan without the need to obtain an International Driving Licence (IDL), provided that their licence meets the requirements of the convention.
Important: The USA, Canada, Australia, China, India, Japan and China are not parties to the Vienna Convention.
